| The first step is to conduct a Business Review Session to determine whether we can install worthwhile changes to produce tangible improvements. The Business Review Session would be conducted over an approximately two week period and defines the best methodology to implement a project.
ABS trains a small group of the clients managers to identify a method by which the company can make a quantum leap improvement, the financial benefits as well as the techniques of how to make it happen. After the Business Review, ABS will typically assist the company to fully implement the changes required to deliver profit improvements.
